Recipe of Walnuts Almond Cheese Steamed Cakes
- 100 ml of Liquid Milk
- 100 grams of Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 10 Egg Yolks
- 4 Egg Whites
- 120 grams of Caster Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Emulsifier ( SP / TBM )
- 125 grams of Cake Flour
- 30 grams of Cornstarch
- 50 grams of Margarine, melted
- 60 grams of White Cooking Chocolate, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Ingredients of fill ( mix well ) :
- 50 grams of Walnuts, roasted and roughly chopped
- 25 grams of Almond, roasted and roughly chopped
- 3 pieces of Cheese Sheet, cut into chunks
Ingredients of sprinkle :
- 100 grams of Butter Cream for garnish
- 50 grams of Cheddar Cheese, grated length for topping
* Heat the Liquid Milk then add the Grated Cheddar Cheese, mix well and set aside.
* Whipped Egg Yolks + Egg Whites + Caster Sugar and Emulsifier until fluffy. Add Cake Flour and Cornstarch with sifted and mix well.
* Enter the mixture of Liquid Milk and Cheddar Cheese, melted Margarine, melted White Cooking Chocolate and Vanilla Essence little by little, stirring gently.
* Enter half of the Dough into 26cm X 12cm X 8cm Baking Pan which smeared with Margarine and lined with Baking Paper.
* Steam over medium heat for 10 minutes until cooked. Sprinkle the ingredients of fill then steam for 5 minutes until the chunks of the Cheese melted.
- Pour the remaining of the Dough and then steam again for 20 minutes until cooked.
* Decorate with the ingredients of sprinkle : Spread the top of the Steamed Cakes with Butter Cream and sprinkle the grated length of Cheddar Cheese on it.
