This is one of the delicious steamed cakes recipe :
- 8 Egg Yolks
- 4 Egg Whites
- 75 grams Cheese Cream, steamed to melt
- 125 grams Caster Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 125 grams Cake Flour
- 20 grams Milk Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 100 grams Butter, melted
- 75 grams White Cooking Chocolate, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Topping Spread Materials :
- 75 grams Butter Cream
- 100 grams Cheddar Cheese, grated lengthwise to use as a topping
* Steam the Cheese Cream until melt.
* Mix Melted Butter, Melted White Cooking Chocolate and Vanilla Essence.
* Whipped Egg Yolks, Egg Whites, Caster Sugar and Salt until fluffy, add Melted Cheese Cream and shake until flat then add Cake Flour, Milk Powder and Baking Powder with sifted and stir until blended.
* Add the mix of Melted Butter + Melted White Cooking Chocolate + Vanilla Essence little by little , stirring gently.
* Enter the dough into medium size oval baking dish which is lined with baking paper without smeared.
* Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes until cooked.
* After the Steamed Cakes are cold, spread the top of the Cakes with Butter Cream thinly then sprinkle the grated lengthwise Cheddar Cheese on it.
The Steamed Cheese Cream Cakes are ready to be presented.
